About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities who require assistance with daily living tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with meal preparation and household tasks
  • Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Accompany individuals to appointments and activities
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities and provide reports as necessary
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
Requirements
  • A natural leader with experience of providing support to individuals with disabilities
  • Strong team player with the ability to lead by example and nurture and develop talent
  • A QCF in Health & Social Care level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake level 3
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living
