Job Role
We are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Beach House, a specialist service for people with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with complex needs to live their lives to the full as independently as possible.
- Mentor and support the staff team to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Manage time effectively to complete reports and tasks expected of the job role.
- Support individuals in house and in the community activities and hobbies.
- Help manage some behaviors that challenge.
