Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Children's Nursing Team at Barking, Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing services.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the care needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care programs, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Supervise and educate junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth
- Take charge of the ward or shift, ensuring smooth operations and effective patient care
- Registered Children's Nurse (RSCN) or equivalent qualification
- Teaching and Assessing qualification
- Experience of taking charge on shift of the ward
- PILS/EPALS certification (desirable)
- Member of external national forum RCN children's forums (desirable)
- Clinical supervision and evidence of professional development
