Position:
Senior Client Relationship Manager

Compensation:
£32,000-£38,000 annually based on experience level

To oversee and direct all facets of both new and ongoing client relationships, ensuring optimal use of client budgets and the successful attainment of all goals and objectives.

Key duties encompass the continuous growth and profitability of accounts within the organization, nurturing client partnerships, and managing projects.
Guide and enhance client accounts within the organization.

  • Additionally, develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's internal challenges, procedures, and policies.
  • Guarantee a consistently high standard of service is delivered by the Client Services team, which includes the formulation of creative briefs, presentation of creative concepts, and their justification to the client at all levels.
  • Conduct regular evaluations between clients and the agency to ensure all service standards are being upheld and any concerns are promptly addressed.

Spot new business prospects within client initiatives and collaborate with the New Business team to cultivate and secure new opportunities.


  • Steer clients and their projects within the organization, ensuring all relevant personnel maintain a thorough understanding of the client's needs.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and developing junior members of the account team to ensure effective service delivery to clients and other departments within the organization.
  • Report on client accounts, financial performance, and strategies for account growth to the Senior Management team as required, contributing to the overall success of the Client Services Team and the organization.
  • Financial Responsibility
  • Maintain account profitability by monitoring agency expenses and external costs.
  • Generate precise forecasts for all accounts, based on client budgets and planning methodologies.
  • Contribute to the planning and forecasting process, including reporting on planned versus actual performance, regular reforecasting, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Represent the organization in any financial negotiations with clients, including rate setting, establishing retainers, and addressing non-payments.
  • Ensure all projects are executed profitably, in accordance with forecasts, and that costs align with expectations.
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a creative agency, with proven experience at the Senior Client Relationship Manager level.
