The role:
This position entails overseeing the Northern Brewers ledger within the PubCos & Brewers Channel.

In addition to supporting the broader Brewers ledger, the successful candidate will focus on accelerating super-premium growth and nurturing customer relationships.

The role includes managing a diverse and exciting portfolio of clients, including Robinsons, Joseph Holts, JW Lees, and others.

The candidate will have complete P&L responsibility for the account base, which has demonstrated significant volume growth, and will be tasked with negotiating and implementing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with clients.

Building robust working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is essential; the candidate will define and execute a contact strategy to effectively manage and expand our business.

They will need to create compelling commercial proposals and negotiate successfully with clients to achieve outstanding results. Additionally, maintaining high standards and discipline in executing internal processes and reviews is crucial. It is imperative that the candidate embodies the BBG culture at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver commercial metrics for their ledger, including volume, Net Revenue, MACO, CORES & EBITDA.

Utilize effective negotiation techniques to secure optimal deals for BBG.

Develop strong relationships through collaborative sessions and CRM opportunities.

Assist Brewers NAM in achieving comprehensive ledger commercial targets while participating in additional projects that enhance the P&B channel and the On Trade.

Effectively leverage a virtual team, including Category Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Intelligence, and Drinks Dispense.

Establish a 1-Year, 3-Year, and 5-Year strategy for the ledger, setting both short-term and long-term objectives.

Execute key routines:
Forecasting, business performance evaluations, investment tracking, etc.

Manage ledger investments to maximize savings for the business and ensure a high return on investment at all times.
