About the Role

We are in search of a motivated professional who excels in fostering relationships and driving organizational success. The Client Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in utilizing strategic insights and a customer-centric approach to create meaningful outcomes.

Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain robust partnerships with local employers, enhancing engagement for work placements and related projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to elevate the quality and availability of work experience opportunities, thereby enhancing the employability and career progression of our students.

This position offers a hybrid working model, with three days on-site, adaptable based on client requirements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture effective working relationships with employers to achieve exceptional results for both employers and students.
  • Act as the main liaison for key accounts, overseeing communications and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Engage in strategic planning and uphold a commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring a high-quality, customer-focused service is provided.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
