KHR - Recruitment Specialists is collaborating with a prominent manufacturer of branded products, providing installation services across the UK and Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.

This role is ideal for an individual with a diverse skill set who can manage various responsibilities related to office support functions. The position is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently wrapping and dispatching requested samples and parcels to clients, coordinating with couriers for timely collections and deliveries.
  • Conducting weekly scanning, photocopying, and organizing of documents.
  • Processing supplier invoices accurately.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Managing order processing tasks.
  • Overseeing customer account management.
  • Assisting with credit control functions.
  • Monitoring supply levels, including stationery and refreshments, and addressing shortages.
  • Performing receptionist duties as required.
  • Maintaining office equipment in good working order.
  • Coordinating the booking and arrangement of meeting rooms.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure adherence to established policies.
  • Providing support for the sales administration team when necessary.

Candidate Profile:
  • Some experience in an office support or clerical role.
  • Familiarity with order processing and sales administration.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, particularly in invoicing and credit control.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient in task management.
