Office Sales Coordinator

KHR - Recruitment Specialists is collaborating with a prominent manufacturer of branded products, providing installation services across the UK and Europe. We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Office Administrator to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for an individual with a diverse skill set who can manage various responsibilities related to office support functions. The position is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently wrapping and dispatching requested samples and parcels to clients, coordinating with couriers for timely collections and deliveries.
- Conducting weekly scanning, photocopying, and organizing of documents.
- Processing supplier invoices accurately.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Managing order processing tasks.
- Overseeing customer account management.
- Assisting with credit control functions.
- Monitoring supply levels, including stationery and refreshments, and addressing shortages.
- Performing receptionist duties as required.
- Maintaining office equipment in good working order.
- Coordinating the booking and arrangement of meeting rooms.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure adherence to established policies.
- Providing support for the sales administration team when necessary.
Candidate Profile:
- Some experience in an office support or clerical role.
- Familiarity with order processing and sales administration.
- Basic accounting knowledge, particularly in invoicing and credit control.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when required.
- Strong communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient in task management.
