Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's maintenance services and manage all relevant administration for this busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-planned Maintenance: Pre-plan maintenance visits for field-based engineers, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Customer Enquiries: Deal with customer enquiries and breakdowns over the phone, providing excellent customer service.
  • Liaison with Engineers: Liaise with engineers on the phone to assist with scheduling and coordination.
  • RAM Preparation: Prepare RAMs (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) for engineer's site visits.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all activities comply with our client's HSE policies and procedures.
  • Administration: Administration tasks including logging of information for jobs, accurate input of contact information and updates, training course administration for engineers etc.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in planning pre-planned maintenance / scheduling work is essential.
  • Administration Skills: Strong administration skills gained within similar industry. (Engineering/Manufacturing/Maintenance/Instillation)
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills

  • Competitive Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to max £32,000 per annum. Depending on experience.
