This role is ideal for an individual with a diverse skill set who can manage various responsibilities that encompass all aspects of office support. The position is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently wrapping and dispatching requested samples and parcels to clients, coordinating with couriers for timely collections and deliveries.
  • Conducting weekly scanning, photocopying, and filing of essential documents.
  • Processing supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
  • Managing order processing tasks.
  • Overseeing customer account management.
  • Assisting with credit control functions.
  • Monitoring supply levels, including stationery and refreshments, and addressing shortages.
  • Performing receptionist duties as required.
  • Maintaining office equipment in good working order.

Candidate Profile:
  • Previous experience in an office support or clerical role.
  • Familiarity with order processing and sales administration.
  • Basic accounting knowledge related to invoicing and credit control.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative when needed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient in task management.
