We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Retail Coordinator. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Coordinator

In this dynamic position, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimize product placement.
  • Drive sales through effective promotions, customer engagement, and product knowledge.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as necessary, and mitigating loss.
  • Train and support retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a retail management or coordinating role, preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.

Working Hours & Benefits:

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am - 6:30pm. Candidates should have flexibility regarding their work schedule.
