About the Role

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The role requires flexibility across our East London Area 2 stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all colleagues and customers.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide regular feedback, and support succession through development and training.
  • Analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for the department.
  • Ensure Health & Safety, legal, and security are in accordance with H&M standards and local laws to secure all employees and customers' safety.

Requirements

  • Management experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Previous experience of leading and managing teams.
  • A passion for profitability and people.
  • A customer-first mindset.

Availability 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
