We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Operations Manager to join our team at Igbaffiliate. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of all freelancer-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs, to ensure the successful execution of departmental goals and objectives.
- Process Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and the quality of outputs, ensuring that our operations are running at optimal levels.
- Freelancer Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of freelancers on our platform, from hiring and training to performance evaluation and termination, ensuring that we maintain high standards of product quality.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of product quality, managing KPIs related to cancel rates and product quality rates, to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on department performance, including KPIs, challenges, and areas for improvement, to senior management.
Requirements:
- Freelancer Management: Expertise in managing the full lifecycle of freelancers, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Leadership & Management: Ability to manage and lead a team of 12 subordinates, including 2 sub-TLs.
- Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of quality metrics, particularly in writing and editing, to ensure high product quality rates.
- Process Optimization: Experience in identifying inefficiencies in workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing data related to writer performance, product quality, and other KPIs, and using this data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with freelancers, team members, and other stakeholders.
