Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts in the DACH and Nordics regions. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and expansion in these key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for our SaaS and Cyber companies in the DACH and Nordics regions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning content for multichannel campaigns
  • Manage and optimize our marketing budget to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing roles, preferably in the tech industry
  • Fluent-level proficiency in German, Norwegian, or Swedish is required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and project management skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
  • A hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
