About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Operations Director to join our Regional Office United Kingdom team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Coordinate Marketing Strategies: Develop, coordinate, and deliver annual campaign calendars, multi-brand B2C, B2B, and M&E campaigns, and relevant marketing activity, in collaboration with our wider marketing teams.
  • Identify Commercial Initiatives: Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Manage Regional Marketing Teams: Manage and lead our UK and NL Regional Marketing teams, working closely with local General Managers and hotel teams to deliver Park Plaza 90-day plans and ongoing activities.
  • Participate in Marketing Meetings: Actively participate in marketing, PR, commercial, and operational meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage PR Strategies: Develop and execute regional PR strategies and activity to enhance our brand reputation and visibility.
  • Coordinate Marketing Events: Manage the coordination and execution of media and marketing events, including photo, video, and multi-media shoots across our estate.
  • Oversee Content Management: Oversee and direct the management, coordination, and execution of hotel content matrices, including updates to hotel, restaurant, bars, M&E, and other relevant channels, online platforms, and listings.
  • Support Brand Launches: Support the VP Brand & Content Marketing and other team members in preparing for and delivering new hotels, restaurants, and products to market.
  • Provide Industry Insights: Provide and share relevant industry and competitor data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Manage Marketing Teams: Manage PR and Marketing Managers in both the UK and NL regions.
  • Support Digital Experience: Support the Brand, Guest, and Digital Experience team with initiatives to enhance our digital presence and customer experience.
