Director of Marketing Strategy

Become a key player in a forward-thinking hospitality organization celebrated for its exceptional dining and entertainment offerings.

Position Overview:

We are in search of an energetic Director of Marketing Strategy who possesses a strong affinity for digital and social media, aimed at enhancing brand recognition, increasing visibility, and growing a dedicated customer base. This position is crucial for the organization's expansion, necessitating collaboration with the Operations Director and Senior Management to implement marketing strategies that align with our financial and strategic objectives.

As the Director of Marketing Strategy, you will oversee all marketing functions, from launching campaigns and preserving brand integrity to fine-tuning communications across various digital platforms. Your duties will encompass market analysis, campaign development, digital content oversight, budget management, and crafting innovative approaches to engage our audience and attract new patrons.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate digital channels for performance.
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns that reflect our strategic vision and event schedule.
  • Facilitate communications regarding operational updates and special occasions.
  • Manage partnerships with marketing platforms, suppliers, and external agencies.
  • Direct social media initiatives and content, ensuring uniformity across all platforms.
  • Compose and refine communications for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key collaborators to enhance content and audience interaction.
  • Lead and develop a small marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in marketing or business.
  • Extensive professional experience in brand marketing, particularly in digital marketing.
  • Effective communicator with outstanding guest relations capabilities.
  • Strategic mindset with a natural propensity for marketing creativity.
  • Experience in luxury marketing within the hospitality or premium food and beverage sectors.
