Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Lead to join our team at Kodland. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that drives business growth and aligns with our overall company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Regional Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive regional marketing strategy that takes into account local market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Be the Knowledge Keeper: Be the expert on key user segments, their attributes, and preferences.
  • Ensure Consistent Branding: Maintain a strong brand presence and identity in the region through consistent branding and messaging across all marketing efforts.
  • Scale Non-Paid Channels: Develop and scale a pool of non-paid channels, including SEO, CRM, SMM, and others.
  • Plan, Execute, and Monitor Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid social, paid search, social media, email marketing, and others.
  • Control Marketing Budget: Manage and control the marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and Analyze KPIs: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Own and Execute Regional Top-Level Action Plan: Own and execute the regional top-level action plan, scoring and prioritizing ideas in line with business objectives.
  • Implement High-Priority Projects: Implement high-priority projects, including testing new offers and channels, by working with both global and regional marketing teams, and with operations and product teams, if needed.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses, gather insights, and optimize marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing objectives, provide marketing support for sales activities, and gather feedback to optimize strategies.
  • Lead and Mentor Regional Marketing Team: Lead and mentor a regional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing in a B2C company, with at least 1 year managing a team.
  • Regional Marketing Experience: Experience working in regional marketing roles, including regional marketing manager, regional marketing lead, growth manager, paid user acquisition lead, product marketing manager, project marketing manager, and business development manager.
  • Success in Developing Marketing Strategies: Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Experience: Experience managing multi-channel marketing efforts.
  • Regional Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the regional market, including customer preferences, cultural nuances, and competitive landscape, or the desire to acquire them.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, with a track record of making informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Market Research Skills: Ability to conduct and utilize market research to shape marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Regional GTM Strategies: Experience developing regional go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
  • Communication Skills: Developed communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and global marketing teams.
  • English Language Proficiency: English language proficiency at least Upper-Intermediate.
  • Self-Driven: Self-driven and motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
