About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our North Region Marketing Team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth and achieve regional objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a B2C and B2B marketing plan and budget for the North Region
  • Lead and manage a local team of 5 FTEs, including PR, Brand, Performance, CRM, Strategic Marketing, and B2B Marketing
  • Collaborate with central teams to analyze and evaluate our brand value proposition in the market
  • Optimize and enrich existing monitoring tools to evaluate performances and propose action plans for continuous improvement
  • Utilize central and local performance marketing levers to boost bookings and new customer acquisition
  • Work closely with CRM teams to build relevant contact plans for different customer segments
  • Collaborate with SEO and Product central teams to maximize our positioning in SERPs and App stores
  • Track and increase customer satisfaction (NPS, SSC feedbacks, etc.)
  • Lead partnership agreements strategies and close big deals with relevant brands
  • Promote our brand locally in accordance with guidelines defined by the central team, using a 360-degree approach to media channels
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2-5 years of experience in people management
  • Knowledge of 360-degree media
  • Experience in leading and managing agencies
  • Interest in the food industry is a plus
