About the Role:
- Manage a portfolio of large mid-market and enterprise-level clients across various sectors, including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, and Corporate Commercial.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and the Director of Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success to develop operational processes, including renewals, upselling campaigns, and account nurture.
- Drive growth in client accounts through strategic planning, relationship building, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer success initiatives and drive business growth.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of between £45,000-£50,000 depending on experience.
- An uncapped commission plan with an OTE of circa £70,000 in the first year and £85,000 in the second year.
- Private health, private medical, and travel expenses covered.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management, customer success, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with sales and marketing strategies, including upselling and cross-selling.
