About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our team at our Waterside Head Office. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service: Meet and greet visitors and clients, provide refreshments, and ensure they are dealt with professionally, courteously, and promptly.
- Administrative Support: Process incoming and outgoing mail, maintain systems, and update relevant Reception function systems, processes, and procedures.
- Communication: Efficiently transfer calls, relay messages, and liaise closely with senior colleagues to ensure company literature on public display is kept up-to-date and stock levels are replenished.
- Reporting: Report faults immediately to the management team and take appropriate action.
- General Administration: Provide general administrative support to the team, including word processing, updating records and information systems, photocopying, printing, scanning, shredding, and filing.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year receptionist experience.
- Skills: Extremely professional and highly organized.
