Job Title: Head of Influencer Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Influencer Strategy to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Marketing & Technology service, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and social media platforms
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage a team of influencer marketing specialists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of influencer marketing campaigns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and creators
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
