About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Influencer Strategy to join our team at DEPT. As a key member of our Marketing & Technology service, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and social media platforms
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Lead and manage a team of influencer marketing specialists
  • Partner with our Production Director to ensure efficient and effective influencer marketing campaigns
  • Travel across EMEA and work 2-3 days per week from our London office

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
