Position Overview

We are seeking to appoint a permanent full-time Band 5 Clinical Technology Specialist, focusing on Clinical and Radiation Physics. This role is part of the SEND (South, East and North Devon) Network and is associated with a leading healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will contribute to the well-being of our patients by delivering high-quality services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Clinical Radiation Physics services, including Diagnostic Radiology Physics, Nuclear Medicine Physics, and Radiation Safety Physics.
  • Collaborating with a team of physicists and technologists to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Engaging in training and development initiatives for both staff and trainees.
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of departmental services.
  • Traveling across various locations to meet the needs of clinical departments and private clients.
