Job Title: Energy Expert (Part Time)

Location: Hartlepool

Salary: £25,272 (Pro-Rata) £12,636 based on 20 hours per week

Hours: Monday – Saturday, Shift rotation basis

We are seeking a positive and solution-focused individual to join our Hartlepool Retail Hub team. As an Energy Expert, you will interact with customers through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat, providing exceptional service and support.

Don't worry if you don't have previous experience in the energy industry – we offer comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat interactions
  • Use our in-house CRM system to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Top up customers' gas and electric meters
  • Share energy efficiency tips and tricks with customers
  • Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions
  • Work towards sales and service goals
  • Collaborate with local charities and organizations to make a positive impact
