We are seeking a positive and solution-focused individual to join our team as an Energy Expert. As a key member of our Retail Hub, you will be responsible for interacting with customers through face-to-face, telephony, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage customer interactions and resolve issues.
- Top up customers' gas and electric meters efficiently and effectively.
- Share energy efficiency tips and tricks with customers to promote sustainable energy practices.
- Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work towards sales and service goals to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with local charities and organizations to promote our charitable foundation, 'Utilita Giving.'
- Adapt to changing customer contact channels, including face-to-face, live chat, and phone support.
Requirements:
- A positive and solution-focused attitude with a can-do approach.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, either face-to-face or telephony.
