As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality retail service, managing stock, and promoting Gift Aid to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers
* Manage stock, including receiving, storing, and displaying merchandise
* Maintain the appearance of the shop, including cleaning and tidying
* Maximise sales and promote Gift Aid to customers
* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

Requirements:

* Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
* Ability to lift and carry heavy bags of stock (up to 10kgs)
* Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire regulations
* Previous experience of working or managing a retail shop would be an advantage
* A flexible approach to your job is essential
