Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars

Location: Hartlepool

Salary: Up to £20,000 base salary and uncapped bonus – OTE Up to 50K + company car + benefits

Full Time and Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm. Sales Executives will work every Saturday and alternate Sundays.

Rubber Duck Cars is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team in Hartlepool. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and delivering a high-quality sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by offering knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive service, projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company.
  • Ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience.
  • Achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets, and activity levels as required for the role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
  • A valid UK driving licence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
