About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Hub team as an Energy Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in the Hartlepool area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide face-to-face, telephony, and live chat support to customers
  • Use our in-house CRM system to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Top up customers' gas and electric meters
  • Share energy efficiency tips and tricks with customers
  • Handle PayPoint and Payzone transactions
  • Work towards sales and service goals
  • Sell our fantastic products to customers
  • Collaborate with local charities and organisations
