Job Opportunity: Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Contract Manager to join our team at Mane Contract Services. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in contract and commercial management within EPC or construction environments and be capable of navigating the complexities of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Change Management process within the project, ensuring seamless integration with other functional teams.
  • Manage contract negotiations, variations, and claims with a keen understanding of commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on contract administration and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgetary requirements.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of Change Management experience within EPC or construction sectors.
  • Strong contract and commercial management background, with relevant qualifications in quantity surveying, contracts, engineering, or related fields.
  • Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and in high-complexity project environments.
  • Demonstrated proactivity and the ability to operate independently, driving initiatives to successful completion.

Additional Requirements:

  • Based in the UK or EU, with the ability to travel occasionally to sites in the North of England and France.
  • Prior experience in offshore wind or large infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
