Responsibilities include supporting the office manager with various tasks as needed.
Manage the issuance of documents and drawings from the Procurement Manager, Project Manager, or Design Coordinator onto the client EDMS portal, while also updating the corresponding project document submittal register.
Document Management System Oversight:
Oversee and enhance the company's document management system to ensure all office and site administration aligns with the Business Management System (BMS).
Project Documentation Preparation:
Prepare and distribute site folders for operational handover prior to the commencement of each project.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing EDMS portals and other document management systems is essential.
Previous experience in the interior fit-out or construction sector is advantageous.
The position offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £40,000, along with opportunities for professional advancement and development.
