Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Recruitment Resourcer. The successful candidate will engage in various responsibilities, including:

  • Conducting recruitment and sourcing activities via phone calls and social media job postings.
  • Identifying and attracting new candidates to fulfill project needs.
  • Evaluating candidates through screening processes.
  • Performing telephone interviews with potential candidates.
  • Executing reference checks and managing the candidate database.
  • Conducting right-to-work verifications.
  • Posting job openings on our website, social media, and job boards in accordance with management's KPIs.
  • Ensuring a steady influx of new candidates for the operations team.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates ahead of job orders.
  • Accurately processing orders from the operations team following company protocols.
  • Addressing any issues that require managerial attention.
  • Completing administrative tasks as needed.
  • Utilizing the company’s database system to document all recruitment and client interactions.
  • Ensuring compliance by confirming that no candidate is placed without full adherence to regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided by senior staff.

Proficiency in another language, particularly Romanian, is advantageous but not mandatory.
