Role Overview
Perform both quantitative and qualitative assessments of Commercial and Operations initiatives that significantly influence the organization Develop and refine chosen commercial strategies (branding, product offerings, market entry, sales channels, etc.), assist in the local blueprint/solution, and collaborate with central and local teams to enhance customer loyalty, increase Net Adds, and improve ARPU per customer Facilitate the commercial and operational aspects of strategic initiatives, including organizational separations, post-merger integrations, or digital transformation efforts.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate comprehensive quantitative analyses to inform commercial insights and recommendations Transform your analyses into structured materials for presentation to stakeholders. Assist the Director in decision-making and project leadership with your insights Help shape commercial strategies concerning products, services, and customer experiences: providing expertise to the proposition framework, branding components, and market entry strategies Coordinate across various departments within Liberty Global and its operating companies (finance, technology, strategy, legal, and human resources) to achieve common business goals in the commercial and operational areas Evaluate the effectiveness of program implementations across the organization – monitoring KPIs related to customer loyalty, Net Adds, and ARPU per customer Contribute data and insights to the reporting on commercial guidance for the Liberty Global Executive and non-Executive Board (on an as-needed basis) Stay updated on commercial, operational, and technological trends and innovations pertinent to the industryREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
