Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and drive the development of our website and mobile applications. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring engineers to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our SEO and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead two high-performing squads of engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions that improve our website's performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers, marketing, SEO experts, and designers to align engineering efforts with business strategies and goals.
- Oversee the technical architecture and delivery of projects, ensuring best practices in software engineering and technical SEO.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute initiatives that improve organic traffic, customer acquisition, and overall web performance.
- 3+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, managing and scaling technical teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex web-based projects in a digital-first, customer-focused environment.
- Strong experience working in growth-focused or SEO-centric projects, particularly in fast-paced, high-growth businesses.
- Solid understanding of website architecture, performance optimization, and technical SEO best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop engineering teams.
- Strong project management abilities, with experience in agile methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Deep knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
