Renal Dietitian Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Renal Dietitian to fill a leadership role within our team. As a Principal Dietitian, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of dietitians, providing clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives, and developing and implementing service improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of dietitians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement service improvements.
- Manage a complex renal clinical caseload, including satellite haemodialysis units and AKCC clinics.
Requirements:
- Highly developed knowledge of delivering dietetic services across a range of clinical specialties.
- Experience of leading and managing a team of dietitians.
- Ability to develop and implement clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
