As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for providing support with key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members.
Together with the Home Manager, you will be responsible for the safety of all and motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
