Job Title: Clinical Deputy Manager

Partridge House, a nursing home in the heart of Brighton, is seeking a skilled Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to Registered Nurses, ensuring they have the necessary skills and competencies to deliver exceptional care.
  • Act as a Shift Team Leader, overseeing the day-to-day care of residents and delegating tasks to nursing and care staff as needed.
  • Contribute to the training and development of care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Assist the Home Manager with formal supervision and appraisal of staff members, ensuring consistently high standards.
  • Implement and adhere to Gold Care's policies and procedures, legal requirements, and relevant codes of practice.
  • Liaise with maintenance contractors and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Promote the service and Gold Care through effective communication with stakeholders, including residents, staff, relatives, and the local community.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a deputy manager or clinical lead is highly desirable.
  • Must be clinically qualified with an active NMC pin.
