Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Tillo. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers and driving the development of our platform.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of software engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.
- Technical Vision: Develop and communicate a technical vision for the team and ensure that it aligns with the company's overall strategy.
- Software Development: Participate in the full development life cycle, from requirements to architecture, implementation, and verification.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that the team's work is aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality software.
- Communication: Communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and customers.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a strong background in software engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PHP and Laravel, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming. Python a bonus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of software engineers, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the business and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
