Requirements:

  • Demonstrable relevant work experience working with artists and companies in a leadership role.
  • Minimum 5 years working in a producing role.
  • Understanding and appreciation of MP's work.
  • Commitment to furthering intersectional LGBTQIA+ arts & culture.
  • Proactive attitude to promoting diversity and inclusion across the sector.
  • Enthusiasm for and experience of theatre, performance, and Live Art.
  • High-level interpersonal, written communications skills, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrable experience of financial management in the charitable sector, including setting and managing budgets.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Lived experience of LGBTQIA+ identities and communities.
  • Fluency in IT systems (we use Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe, and Xero).
  • Ability to manage and motivate staff.
  • Enthusiasm for working with stakeholders and partners.
  • Solution-oriented and a problem solver.
