Pearson VUE has been at the forefront of the computer-based testing sector for many years. As a global authority in the creation and administration of high-stakes assessments, we operate the most extensive network of nearly 20,000 Test Centres across 180 nations.

We are currently seeking an Examination Centre Coordinator/Invigilator to become a part of our dedicated team.

This is a Permanent Position. A minimum of hours per week is required, with the possibility of increased hours to accommodate additional assessments as needed. Candidates must be willing to adhere to the scheduled operating hours of the examination centre. You will need to maintain flexibility to work on various days of the week as necessary. Compensation is set at £ per hour, disbursed at the end of each month.

As a member of our team, you will assist a diverse range of candidates visiting our Pearson VUE Test Centres to undertake their examinations. The Examination Centre Coordinator is tasked with ensuring secure examination delivery while providing exceptional customer service in a welcoming and professional environment. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Your Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

Welcome and check-in candidates upon arrival. Adhere to all examination security protocols and follow company policies. Verify candidates' personal identification and explain the examination procedures and regulations. Supervise candidates during their examination process. Collaborate with internal departments, such as IT, to resolve any technical issues that may arise in the Test Centre. Participate in general maintenance duties, including cleaning of the test centre facilities as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will possess experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Flexibility to work different days from Monday to Saturday and at varying times is essential. Candidates should be comfortable in a quiet examination setting, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to monitor for prohibited behavior from a distance. Additionally, the ability to remain seated for extended periods and escort candidates to and from examination rooms is required.
