Position Overview

We are looking for a Centre Administration Manager to oversee administrative functions related to centre management.

The Centre Administration Manager will be tasked with managing all administrative operations within the centre, providing support across various disciplines within the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Centre Management office, including reception duties, welcoming visitors, handling phone inquiries, managing supplies, maintaining kitchen facilities, and coordinating meeting spaces and mail services.
  • Generating invoices, receipts, and purchase orders as necessary, and inputting data into financial systems for processing.
  • Conducting calculations for various income streams, which may include turnover rent, extended trade, mailbox income, hoarding fees, de-fits, interest, and surrender income as requested by management.
  • Drafting centre communications for distribution to tenants and stakeholders, including the issuance and filing of letters of demand and breach notices.
  • Managing lease assignments, including preparing the assignment pack and related correspondence, ensuring all necessary forms are collected prior to or at the time of business settlement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role within a commercial setting, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks, and the capacity to build effective working relationships are essential.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in the MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, along with familiarity with software such as SAP, CTI, and Salesforce will be advantageous.

This position is ideal for a service-oriented and adaptable individual who is solution-focused and eager to advance their career within a prominent property management organization.
