About the Role: We are seeking a skilled administrator to oversee the daily functions of the Centre. In this leadership position, you will supervise the administrative team, which includes the Research Grants Coordinator, Postgraduate Coordinator, and Communications & Alumni Engagement Coordinator. As a vital member of CFI's management team, you will be responsible for the comprehensive administration of the Centre's various programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage research administration, financial planning, human resources, and project coordination.
  • Facilitate the planning and execution of educational initiatives.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Centre's administrative functions.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Group and Operations Team to develop and implement strategic plans.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be an organized and flexible team player, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to colleagues and stakeholders. You should possess strong skills in prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing demands to meet deadlines. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will work closely with your team and across various departments within the University, sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Work Environment: This is a full-time position, with consideration for part-time applications at a minimum of 80% of full-time hours. The role primarily operates from the Centre's offices, with options for hybrid working arrangements.
