**Job Summary**
The University of Cambridge is seeking an experienced and highly motivated administrator to join our Undergraduate Administration team as a Section Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to the Spanish & Portuguese, and German Sections, ensuring the smooth running of operations and coordinating undergraduate teaching and examining.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise a Section Secretary and work closely with other members of the Undergraduate Administration team
- Ensure the smooth running of operations, including coordinating undergraduate teaching and examining
- Provide general administrative assistance in support of Faculty-wide and Section-specific activities
- Act as Secretary to the Board of Examiners
- Manage access arrangements for disabled students as the Faculty's Disability Liaison Officer

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Successful track-record of contributing to the development and improvement of administrative systems and processes
- Ability to work well as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality services to students and staff
