A well-established organisation in the Stoke-on-Trent area are looking for a Repairs Planner to join their team on a temporary contract to help support the delivery of excellent customer service whilst organising damp & mould repairs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Resource Coordinator to join our team at Niyaa People Ltd. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling operatives to attend work orders and organising any follow-on work as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the database and ensure all information is up-to-date
  • Conduct customer surveys and compile results
  • Process orders, invoices, and other contract documentation

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role such as Repairs Clerk, Helpdesk Scheduler, FM Planner, Facilities Administrator, etc.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, performance-based role
  • Experience in a maintenance or facilities background
  • Experience in a local authority or housing association
