Overview of the Role

We are seeking a dedicated individual to play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts, ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

As an integral part of our team, you will engage in various facets of the recruitment process, including attracting candidates, managing systems, scheduling interviews, reporting, onboarding, and delivering top-notch administrative support.

By collaborating with internal departments, you will help convey a unified message to all potential candidates. You will serve as the representative for the coordination function, fostering teamwork and facilitating process enhancements.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements.

This role is available on a fixed-term contract for a duration of 9 months.

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in recruitment or human resources operations.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of managing a high volume of inquiries from recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a readiness to learn and utilize software tools, including an applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Understanding of the recruitment and employment processes.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Self-driven with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and upkeep of job postings across various platforms.
  • Ensuring high standards and data accuracy within our systems and tools.
  • Assisting in the preparation of quality documentation, interview schedules, and relevant materials for the team.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and managing conflicting calendars to provide a seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintaining accurate data and candidate profiles in our ATS, adhering to current data protection regulations.
  • Collaborating with Human Resources and Training departments to share essential information.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization.
  • Working alongside the recruitment team on broader recruitment initiatives.
