About the Role:
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth within the aviation sector, generating new business leads through strategic networking and relationship-building.
- Candidate Sourcing: Conduct thorough candidate searches through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screening and Interviewing: Screen CVs and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and suitability for aviation roles.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
- Candidate Support: Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey, from application to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the Aviation market.
- Knowledge: Well-connected and knowledgeable in the Aviation market.
- License: A full driving license is required.
- Relationship Building: Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
- Recruitment Background: Strong recruitment background with a focus on aviation.
