About the Role

This is a key position within our global organisation, responsible for driving the performance of our centres. As a Customer Services and Sales Manager, you will have the autonomy to manage your centre as a business, with a wide range of responsibilities including:

  • Managing all aspects of your centre's operations.
  • Rising to challenges and solving problems.
  • Providing tours to prospective customers.
  • Upselling to existing customers.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service, making each customer a brand ambassador.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience of delivering against targets, ideally in a customer-facing role. You may have managed a flexible workspace centre, store, restaurant, or similar site with a high degree of customer focus. You'll need:

  • Passion: a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Drive: a strong desire to succeed and deliver results.
  • Resilience: the ability to overcome obstacles and stay focused on business priorities.
