Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at FMG Repair Services. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of our Bodyshop, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare job cards and files, maintaining an efficient and effective system for associated paperwork.
  • Provide vehicle progress reports and arrange courtesy cars as needed.
  • Collect payment and manage customer interactions.
  • Liaise between customers, the Bodyshop, and third-party providers to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer-facing experience with strong administration and IT skills.
  • Full UK manual driving license (if applicable).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
