Your Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet all arriving guests, with particular attention to returning patrons and VIPs, managing their luggage and personally escorting them to the Front Desk.
  • Assist departing guests with their luggage while coordinating with other departments for seamless travel arrangements.
  • Provide a friendly, efficient, and attentive service throughout guests' stays, adhering to company standards.
  • Park vehicles for hotel guests and diners at Nobu London, following the hotel's charging procedures and accurately recording the details.

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate will possess experience in 4 or 5-star hotel environments.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving license.
  • Exhibit a proactive mindset with a self-motivated approach.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure while remaining focused on customer satisfaction.
  • A collaborative team player, adaptable to various tasks.
  • Familiarity with London and its surroundings to assist guests effectively.
