Our service operates 24/7, requiring staff to participate in sleep-in shifts as part of a rotating schedule. We are committed to delivering high-quality care that empowers women to thrive.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Facilitating access to a wide range of activities that promote well-being and social engagement.
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans in collaboration with residents, families, and other professionals.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior staff members, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
