Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to provide person-centred support to 12 service users with learning disabilities and complex needs in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a person-centred way
  • Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and social activities
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a team environment that promotes creativity, flexibility, and innovation

Requirements

  • Experience of working with people with learning disabilities and complex needs
  • Ability to work in a person-centred way and build positive relationships
  • Flexibility to work a range of hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel to service locations using public transport
