Key Responsibilities- Provide practical assistance with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management.
- Support and deliver a wide range of activities that promote personal wellbeing, including gardening and music.
- Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working in a mental health setting, preferably in a senior support worker role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
